Services Manager

Spraoi agus Spórt are currently recruiting a Services Manager for Children, Family and Community Services based in Inishowen, Co. Donegal. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning social enterprise and registered charity making a real difference across local communities.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in developing and managing child and family support services, community childcare programmes, disability-focused supports, after-school activities, holiday camps and community initiatives across the region.

This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary of €55,000 to €65,000 depending on experience, along with pension contributions and annual leave benefits.

Applicants should have a relevant third-level qualification along with at least five years’ management experience within community, disability, childcare, health or family services. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills are essential.
