A Public Consultation will open today relating to new road improvement works on the N56 at Dunkineely and Ballymagowan.
A drop in event will take place from 2pm-7pm in Dunkineely Community Centre.
A major part of the scheme is improving safety at Dunkineely National School which has been the topic of concern for safety in recent years.
Ealier this month leas-Cathaoirleach of the Donegal Municipal District, Cllr Michael Boyle told Highland Radio News that if the consultation goes to plan, works could get under way before the end of this year.
