Over 83,000 people in Donegal received child-related payments in 2025.
This is according to data provided by the Department of Social Protection.
Of the 83,525 people receiving child-related payments in Donegal last year, there were 41,237 beneficiaries and 21,955 recipients of Child Benefit.
6,546 people received payments under the Back to School Clothing and Footwear Allowance, while 11,112 children benefited from the payment.
2,521 people received the Working Family Payment.
116 payments were received under the Back to Work Family Dividend.
Meanwhile, 27 people received Guardian’s Payment (Contributory), while just 11 received Guardian’s Payment (Non-Contributory).
