A Strabane Cllr has welcomed the installation of new safety measures on the Melmount Road.
Safety barriers and bollards have been put in place outside St Mary’s Primary School ahead of the start of the new school year.
The school’s main car park is located at nearby St Mary’s Church, meaning large numbers of children use the footpaths along the Melmount Road.
