Strabane has received an investment of £790,000 for a major flood alleviation scheme in the town.
This will centre on the area of the Ballycolman Estate an area susceptible to flooding which experienced a particularly bad incident in 2022.
The allocation has come from Infrastructure Minister Liz Kimmins and has been welcomed by recently installed MLA Paul Boggs.
