Inland Fisheries Ireland is welcoming submissions to a public consultation on proposed licenses for oyster dredging in Lough Swily.
The licenses to dredge, once issued by IFI, would be valid from 2027-2032.
The consultation allows residents to make representations, give their views or make observations on the topic.
People have until November 13th to make these submissions, and it can be done through emailing ballyshannon@fisheriesireland.ie or writing to The Director, Inland Fisheries Ireland, Station Road, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal, F94 WV76.
