Man and woman due in Derry court on terrorist charges

Detectives from Serious Crime Branch investigating dissident terrorist activity have charged a 39 year old man and a 32 year old woman with a number of terrorist offences.
The two suspects, who were arrested on Monday in Derry, both face charges of possession of explosives with intent to endanger life and possession of items for an act of terrorism.
The 39 year old man faces a further charge of collecting material last year likely to be of use to terrorists.
Both suspects are due to appear at Derry Magistrates Court today, Saturday 15 June.
