Woman killed in Ballyshannon on New year’s morning named

The 33 year old woman who died after being struck by a van in Ballyshannon in the early hours of yesterday was Letterkenny based Sheena Stewart, a native of Ballybofey.
The tragedy, which happened on Main Street in Balllyshannon, at 2 o’clock yesterday morning , was the country’s first road death of 2015.
