Councillor claims LGH flood defences were a waste of money

 

A Donegal councillor has claimed that flood defences carried out at Letterkenny General Hospital have been a total waste of money.
The hospital has flooded twice over the past two and a half years costing millions of euros.
Remedial works have been carried out, with a culvert being built along with other defences since the first flood in 2013.
But Cllr John O’Donnell says the works carried out could have been done better…….
