A West Tyrone MLA has said that union representatives and NI Water should be locked in a room and not allowed out until a resolution has been found.
More than 7 and a half thousand properties are without a water supply in West Tyrone and Fermanagh.
Staff are working to rule – and not conducting repairs out of hours – over proposed changes to the pension scheme.
