Declan Boyle wins Donegal Harvest Stages Rally

Declan Boyle has been crowned champion of the Martin Howley Donegal Harvest Stages Rally in Killybegs. Declan, from Lettermacaward, and his co-driver cousin Brian Boyle finished first ahead of Donegal International Rally winner Manus Kelly, from Glenswilly.
