Job Description

Full time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary matched to experience
Location: Head Office, Castlederg

THE ROLE:
Preparation and filing of VAT, CIS and RCT returns
Accurate posting of invoices and credits
Manage payment runs, supplier invoice queries and discrepancies
Handling general accounts queries
Creating and updating Excel-based reports for internal use
Assisting the payroll administrator as and when.

THE PERSON:
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, ROS system, Payroll software and Accountancy software is desired.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accountancy role.
Previous construction industry accounts experience desirable particularly Republic of Ireland practices.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
