The peaceful death has taken place of John (the Gaffer) Gallagher, Dunmore, Falcarragh, Co. Donegal.
Sadly missed by his wife Rose, sons John, James, Cathal, Patrick, Paul, daughters Kathleen, Madge, Sinead (and partners), grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Nellie (and Mannie), brother Charlie (and Jeanette), brothers-in-law John Mulligan and Patrick Green, sister-in-law Sheila Green, nieces and nephews.

His remains will repose at his family home in Dunmore, Falcarragh F92PW13 on Thursday the 9th July 2026 from 10am and Friday the 10th July 2026 from 10am. Rosary both nights at 9pm. House is strictly private please on the morning of the funeral.
Funeral mass will take place on Saturday the 11th July 2026 at 11am in Teach Phobail Naomh Fionán, Falcarragh Church, Co. Donegal F92 N679. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers if desired to the Donegal Hospice.
