The peaceful death has occurred on the 15th July 2026 of Margaret Hartle (née Thompson), Leck, Letterkenny, formerly Derby (UK), in the compassionate and dedicated care of the staff at Hillcrest Nursing Home, her cherished second home.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Derek, her sister Doreen and her brothers Bill and Barry.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted daughters Elizabeth and Kate, sons-in-law Rory and Joe, grandsons Oisín and Cillian, whom she adored, her brother-in-law Colin and her extended family in America, Jared and Jordan.
Reposing at the Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny (F92 XE35) on Sunday 19th July from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, where you are most welcome to pay your respects.
Service of Thanksgiving in Conwal Parish Church, Letterkenny at 11.00am on Monday 20th July, followed by private cremation.
