Strike impacting Council meetings

Councillors in Donegal are finding their meetings are being restricted as a result of the public service work to rule.
Donegal County Council’s meetings are having to end early, and Letterkenny Town Council’s monthly meeting was adjourned last night.
This because the usual support services from staff were not available as the meeting was being held outside normal working hours.
Meanwhile, it’s emerged that there will be no-one answering telephones at county house in Lifford  and all day Wednesday.
