16 compulsory 22 voluntary redundancy have been announced at a call centre in Derry.
Home Loan Management is Located in the centre of the city, in The Ulster Science & Technology Business Park and was established in 2004 and employs 371 workers.
The company says its clients are some of the biggest mortgage lenders in the industry.
