GAA – McGuinness to build and be more offensive

With the focus now on the club championship in the county, Jim McGuinness has been reflecting back on the summer where for the first time in 19 years Donegal won an Ulster title and also reached the semi final of the All Ireland series. For some it’s still hard to grasp the reality that Donegal where minutes away from an All Ireland Final. On the positive side it has been the most successful year for the county outside of 1992. The Donegal boss has also been hitting out at those who have been critical of his players and the Donegal style of football. Speaking with Charlie Collins, McGuinness says the new challenge for Donegal is to build for next year and move forward.
