North West MEP Pat The Cope Gallagher is urging both sides at today’s meeting on the future of MFG to agree an interim arrangement under which EU and state money can still be administered.
MFG which channels, government and EU funding to businesses and community organisations across the Gaeltacht, ceased operations suddenly on Wednesday evening.
This afternoon’s meeting between Pobail, Department of the Environment officials and MFG management is seen as being a crucial one.
