Derry police seek information about Racecourse Road device

Police in Derry are appealing for witnesses after confirming that a device found in the city last night WAS a viable pipe bomb.
The object was found at a carwash on the Racecourse Road just before 10pm.
Police are appealing for information on three masked men who were seen travelling in a silver car in the area at the time.
