A Sinn Fein Councillor in Strabane says there’s growing concern about weekend drinking sessions in the vicinity of the approach lane from O’ Nolan Park to the Sewage Pumping Station in the town.
Cllr Jay Mc Auley says the amount of broken glass, burned tyres and other debris is preventing NI water workers from carrying out maintenance checks, and could affect access to the facility in cases of emergency.
He’s urging the young people responsible to stop….
