Following the demolition of the old Hamilton Shirt Factory in Derry at the weekend, thoughts in the city are now turning to what happens next on the site.
Cllr Paul Fleming is Chair of Derry City Council’s Planning Committee – He says he’d like to see something done in time for the City of Culture celebrations next year, but doesn’t believe that’s realistic.
He says it’s desirable that an appropriate development is put forward as quickly as possible……
