The Mayor of Donegal wants a closer working relationship between Donegal County Council and the Youth Council.
Councillor Noel McBride has again expressed his regret at the scenes witnessed by youth councillors during a recent visit to the council chamber.
They were present at the Febuary monthly meeting that decended into chaos when councillor began arguing with accusation of threats being made – the meeting was eventually adjourned.
Councillor McBride says that while it may not happen during the remainder of his term as Mayor, it is important that youth councillors return to see that council meetings can be more productive……..
