Sinn Feins Finance spokesperson has said that meeting the Troika programme targets will not guarantee economic recovery.
Yesterday the Finance Minister Michael Noonan said Ireland had taken the first steps towards exiting the bailout deal.
He said they opened a discussion with the I-M-F, E-C-B and E-C and it’ll form part of the next review in January.
But Donegal South West Deputy Pearse Doherty says without a deal on Ireland’s banking debt, the ability to exit the programme will be much harder:
