Donegal TD wants explaination for 3rd level grant refusals

It is claimed that just 6% of student grant applications have so far been approved with a massive backlog in unprocessed applications already amassed.
Donegal Deputy Charlie McConalogue has been informed that 72% of grant applications processed so far have been refused while 78% are still waiting to hear back from the Department of Education.
