Vigil for Savita organised for Letterkenny this Saturday

A vigil for Savita Halappanavar has been orgainsed for Letterkenny tomorrow.
The 31 year old woman died at University College Hospital in Galway last month, after contracting septicaemia during a miscarriage.
It’s reported she was repeatedly refused a medical termination.
A protest took place in Derry City today – organisers said it was in keeping with the wishes of Savita’s husband who she said has called on the women of Ireland to protest about what happened to his wife
The vigil in Letterkenny will take place at the Market Square at 3pm.
