G8 summit coming to Co Fermanagh next year

The British Prime Minister says he couldn’t think of a better place than Co. Fermanagh to stage the G8 Summit next year.
Earlier he confirmed that leaders from some of the world’s biggest economies will attend the event at the Lough Erne golf resort in 2013, as it is the UK’s turn to host.
The North’s First Minister Peter Robinson has welcomed the announcement.
Prominent world leaders including Angela Merkela and US President Barrack Obama – as well as their advisors and a media pack – will now begin planning their trip.
It’s prompted speculation that President Obama will be approached to make a second Southern visit either before or after the summit.
