Michaela McAreavey begin civil case

The family of a new bride who was strangled in the bath on her honeymoon, are to sue a newspaper for printing crime scene photos of her body.
Michaela McAreavey was killed in Mauritius just 12 days after her wedding in January 2011.
Her family are suing a local Mauritian paper for nearly 500-thousand euro, and say they’ll give any money they win to a charity set up in her memory.
