Two Donegal men are undertaking a unique challenge on Saturday to raise much needed funds for the RNLI.
Niall Clancy is going to run from Bundoran to Arranmore Island ( including a spell on the ferry on a treadmill) while James McIntyre is going to run, cycle and Kayak a different route between Bundoran and Arranmore.
The two men hope to cover the distance in 10 hours starting at 6am on Saturday morning.
It is the first time such a challenge has been undertaken – Niall Clancy has been explaining why they decided to take it on:

On the day the men and their entourages will have support from the Bundoran and Arranmore Lifeboat Crews as well as runners, cyclists and members of the Tir Chonaill Athletic Club who will be making collections.
