A fisherman has died following a medical emergency on board a boat off the Horn Head coastline.
The Maritime Rescue Sub Centre at Malin Head was alerted earlier this morning by a local fishing vessel to the incident.
The Sligo-based Coast Guard helicopter R118, Mulroy Coast Guard Unit and Lough Swilly RNLI were tasked to the scene.
The fisherman was brought ashore by the Mulroy Coast Guard boat, assisted by the winchman from R118.
