Tributes have been paid at today’s Donegal County Council meeting to the late Bernard McGlinchey.
The meeting was adjourned for an hour this morning in honour of the former town and county Fianna Fail councillor who passed away last week at the age of 80.
Councillor Ciaran Brogan is the Fianna Fail whip on the council, he says very few people have had as much influence as Mr McGlinchey…..
