Country legend George Jones has passed away at the age of 81 in Nashville.
He died this morning at Vanderbilt University Medical Center after being hospitalized with high fever and irregular blood pressure.
George Jones influenced generations of country singers and was considered by many to be the greatest of them all.
He played a sell-out concert in Letterkenny in August 2008, Highland Radios Pio McCann recalls meeting him that day…..
