Road reopens following Meenaciuing single vehicle RTC

Gardai are appealing for witnesses to a single vehicle traffic collision close do Gweedore yesterday afternoon in which a man was seriously injured.
At around 2.30pm a van collided with a ditch on the  N56 at Meenaciung.
The man aged in his 40s was seriously injured, he was taken by ambulance to Letterkenny Hospital for treatment.
A forensic examination of the scene has been carried out – the road has re-opened to traffic.
