INMO conference to hear calls for review of Irelands midwifery practise

The INMO wants an independent expert to chair the review and then establish a guide for best practice and standards in the area.
Over 350 nurses and midwives are attending the three-day conference which begins today in Letterkenny, County Donegal.
General Secretary Liam Doran says Ireland urgently needs to lay down minimum standards for best practice in midwifery:
