Superintendent Vincent O’Brien announces his retirement from the force

The Chairman of the Donegal Joint Policing Committee has paid tribute to Superintendent Vincent O’Brien who is to retire from the gardai after 32 years of service.
He confirmed last week, to a meeting of the committee, that he is to step down in June.
Superintendent O’Brien, who is a Sligo native, has spent most of his working life in County Donegal.
