Lacey declares his fit for Tyrone

2012 Footballer of the Year Karl Lacey has declared himself fit for Championship action against Tyrone this Sunday.
After hip surgery in December Lacey made his return to training this month but reports in recent days had suggested the Donegal star wouldn’t be fit in time for the Ballybofey clash.
However speaking yesterday at the Ulster Banks GAA Championship launch Lacey said “I’m available for selection, It is up to Jim and Rory to decide from looking at the sideline if I’m fit enough for Sunday and up to the sharpness with the rest of the lads.
“I’ve been training hard and it is feeling good. We have one more session on Wednesday night and if that goes well, hopefully I’ll get the nod for some game time on Sunday.”
