The Bayview Hotel and leisure complex in Killybegs is to go to auction next month with a price tag of 400 thousand euro.
It is one of forty commercial properties out of a total of 121 lots which are set to go under the hammer at the next Allsop Space auction to be held in Dublin’s Shelbourne Hotel on July 4th.
A Long Leasehold Ground Floor Two Bedroom Apartment on the lower main street of Letterkenny will be included in the auction – it has a reserve of 17,500 euro.
