Landmark Letterkenny Hotel put on the market

One of Lettekenny’s best known hotels has been put on the market with a guide price of 900,000 euro.
The Letterkenny Court Hotel is being sold on the instructions of David Carson of Deloitte, receiver and manager Pemberley Catering Limited
The hotel has 57 en suite guest bedrooms and 26 apartments as well as a ground-floor reception. It also houses the popular Dillon’s Bar
The apartments are being sold seperetly.
