An Omagh District Councillor has voiced his concerns over reports of overcrowding and safety issues at the Jamboree in the park event in Fintona last night.
People who attended the country music event took to Facbook and Twitter today to voice their anger over the events organisation.
The Jamboree has taken place the past two nights and is due to come to an end tonight.
Cllr Patrick McGowan stated that the he was surprised and concerned by the reports. He stated he would be raising the matter at the next council meeting tomorrow night in order to get to the bottom of the issue.
The promoter of the event has conceded that at one point, a bottleneck did develop at the centre in Fintona, but says it was dealt with quickly.
