The Chairperson of Strabane District Council wants to hold a council reception for local lottery winner Margaret Loughrey.
The 48-year-old struck gold after hitting five numbers and two Lucky Stars in last weeks Euromillions draw.
The unemployed woman, from Carlton Drive in the town, won 32 million euro.
