A Donegal Deputy claims schools who started book rental schemes are now being punished by the Government for taking the initiative in doing so.
Fianna Fail says the Education Department’s new school book rental scheme will not be available to those schools that have established their own schemes.
The party’s Education Spokesperson Charlie McConalogue says that is unfair and is punishing schools that tried to help parents before the government did:
