Letterkenny Rovers lost out in their replay to St Francis in Dublin.
The Ulster Senior League side forced extra time after Seamie Nanny Friel scored an equaliser to make it 1-1.
A penalty shoot out was required to separate the sides and with Jonathan Minnock missing Rovers opening spot kick, it gave the upper hand to St Francis who won through 5-4.
