Ireland Manager doesn’t rule out an International return for Shay Given

shaygivenMartin O’Neill says that he wouldn’t rule-out the possibility of an international return for Shay Given.
The veteran Liffird goalkeeper has hinted that he would be willing to come back out of international retirement if he was needed and O’Neill has confirmed that he will speak to Given about reviving his Ireland career.
The new Ireland boss has been giving his end-of-year press conference today in Dublin, where he’s also revealed that Robbie Keane would still captain the team if a game were being held tomorrow.
O’Neill is also set to hold talks with FAI chief executive John Delaney today where they’re set to discuss the possibilty of making further additions to his backroom team.
O’Neill has also revealed that he is considering a number of possible candidates that he might recruit to his squad – including Norwich winger Nathan Redmond – and says that he and his coaching team have been scouting as many games as possible…
