Its a big day for Frank Mc Glynn who will play his 100th game in a senior Donegal jersey .
Martin O’Reilly is not available after suffering concussion last week in the defeat to Tyrone  but Neil Gallagher and David Walsh may see some game time having returned to training this week.
Mickey Harte has made no less than eleven changes to the Tyrone side that won in Donegal for this weeks clash with Queens at Healy Park. Only Ciaran McGinley, Tiernan McCann, Niall McKenna and Conan Grugan remain in place from last weekend.
Hugh Gallagher, Kevin Campbell, PJ Lavery, Patrick Quinn and Daniel McNulty all make their Tyrone Senior debuts.
In Section B, Derry take on Fermanagh at Owenbeg with Oak Leaf manager Brian Mc Iver has made eight changes to the side that beat Monaghan last time out.
Aidan McAlynn captains the Derry team which sees McKenna Cup starting debuts for  James Kearney and  Aaron Kerrigan. Patsy Bradley returns to the middle of the field alongside  Niall Holly.
