A search has been launched following the discovery of personal items on the Foyle Bridge in Derry this morning.
Police received reports of the items at around 7.40am and that a man had possibly entered the water.
Foyle search and Rescue have been leading the search operation, and have been assisted by the Irish coastguard helicopter from Sligo.
