Donegal County Council meets today for the first time since facing dissolution at its budget meeting a fortnight ago.
The Glenties Windfarm Information Group says it will be monitoring today’s meeting after the initiation of a public consultation on proposed new windfarm regulations was deferred in November and December.
A workshop to discuss the issue took place last week, and Information Group Spokesperson Joe Brennan says their understanding is that nothing new came out of that meeting, so there’s no reason not top call the public consultation today…………
