Letterkenny General Hospital could lose 4% of its budget for 2014

The Health Service Executive says it doesn’t expect any adverse impact on services – as a result of a cut to hospital budgets.
It was revealed today that there will be a two hundred million euro reduction in funding this year – to three point seven billion euro.
It means that on average – there will be a four per cent cut in the budget allocations to the 48 hospitals around the country.
