Derry start pre season by beating neighbours Institute

Roddy CollinsDerry City kicked started their pre season campaign with a 4 – 0 victory in Drumahoe against Institute on Tuesday night.
Boss Roddy Collins gave  debuts to new signings Mark Stewart, Enda Curran, his son Roddy Collins Junior and Ciaran Gallagher, while Aaron Barry who is on trial  played  90 minutes.
A penalty from Rory Patterson got City’s scoring under their way, before Ryan McBride headed home just before half time.
In the second half Enda Curran netted from the penalty spot and Aaron Barry got himself on the score-sheet to give the Derry the Billy Mc Kee Cup.
