A Donegal Government Deputy has said that there must be a focus on identifying and exploiting job creation and investment opportunities in rural Ireland.
Deputy Joe McHugh was speaking following the launch by the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Richard Bruton TD, of the third annual Action Plan for Jobs.
He says it is understandable that some may feel the results of recent job creation schemes are not being felt in Counties like Donegal:
