One man hospitalised and another arrested in Derry stabbing incident

A man has been arrested following a stabbing incident in Derry which left another man in hospital.
A 43-year-old man was taken to Altnagelvin Hospital following a disturbance in a house at Summer Meadows Park in Derry shortly after 3am on Sunday morning.
The injured man is being treated for stab wound to his back.
His condition was described earlier today as being ‘stable’.
A 44 year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is helping police with their enquiries.
