A Midlands North West MEP has hit out at Environment Minister Alan Kelly after he contacted Donegal County Council expressing concern about recent moves to introduce set back distances and other restrictions on windfarm developments in the county.
Minister Kelly made similar comments in a letter to Roscommon County Council, with speculation that the minister may seek to veto the amendments to the County Development Plan.
